DIXIE CYN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - LA RIVER NATURE TOUR

Students from Kimberly Schwiesow's 4th grade class enjoy an LA River nature tour provided by the Village Gardeners. Students learn about the importance of native plants to the ecosystem, the source of water that supplies the LA River and more. Then, complete the tour with lunch at the Richard Lillard Outdoor Classroom before returning to school.
